Join Erika and a Guest on the first Friday of every month for a lunch time Roundtable to discuss all things Well-Being. Topics will vary and will include but are not limited to:

Boosting Career Confidence Through Self Advocacy:

A lack of confidence can impact your decision making, performance at work, pursuit of new opportunities, and leadership experience. Certified Professional Coach Emily Hirsekorn developed the Career Confidence Code, a six-part framework to help ambitious professionals build the confidence they need to navigate their careers effectively, enhance work performance and engagement, and develop as conscious leaders. On April 1st, we’re going to discuss specifically how self-advocacy can help you boost career confidence by setting healthy boundaries and tapping into your resources, both internal and external. You’ll leave the discussion with new perspectives and actionable tools to put to use right away.
