This sweet and beautiful woman informed me she recently tried a very popular exercise and nutrition program but had no success. This was not her first try. She then told me that she thinks in may be her and she was considering counseling.
I see this all too often, People jumping into nutrition, fitness, personal development and business programs without the success they were hoping for. But they skipped a VERY important step before jumping all in, they forgot to do the work on their selves.
You see, as a society we have evolved momentously over the past 5000 years and like lightening over the last 200 years. But this is the problem, we are evolving and forgetting to practice involution. (the inner evolution).
This is why I teach people to slow down. Once they do, they have the clarity to understand that they must take the time to work on themselves or all this is for nothing. All those fancy programs, trainers, conferences etc will NOT yield the results unless you do this step first.
Slow down, find clarity, follow the steps I’ve created for you to understand your being on another level. A level that allows you to connect with your purpose and passion on a deeper level.
I teach involution. Evolution has completely surpassed our involution which is why we seem overwhelmed, lost and like a hamster in its wheel. Going nowhere quickly.
