Perhaps you are stuck in a personal glass box. You can’t seem to get to the next step in your business, team building and relationship efforts. Your Stress is keeping you from thinking clearly. You find yourself motivated one day but the next day you are down on yourself. It’s okay! It’s natural for us to have limiting beliefs but I’ve found most of these beliefs are from our past. Remember, our past does NOT dictate your future.
The path to greater success doesn’t just manifest overnight for most of us. It happens after we do the small day-to-day actions that compound over time to greater belief in ourselves.
If we start our Yoga and Mindset journey by watching a ton of different people all telling us what we SHOULD be doing and how to do it, let’s start small… TOGETHER. Let’s start with incorporating 5 simple disciplines in our Day to Day lives. These 5 simple disciplines will soon become habits leading to greater awareness and appreciation of our bodies and the people in our lives.
