Here is the agenda! (11/6, 11/13 and 11/20)
Week 1: Core Dynamic – Discover various ways to strengthen all areas of your core and create flexibility in your chest and shoulders. A stress Release Focus!
Week 2: Hello Hips – A study and Yoga Series to open and strengthen your hips and booty. A focus on recognizing emotions and how to release the ones that don’t serve you!
Week 3: Lovely Legs – Finding the right proportions of strength and flexibility in the quads, hamstrings, calves and feet. Focusing on Grounding the mind, body and spirit.
BONUS: Bringing it all Together – A full body yoga sequence focused on Lengthening and strengthening all areas of your body. A mindful focus on what we are engaging and what we are relaxing during the sequence.
