The Simplicity Project – Step 1

MINIMAL and SIMPLICITY are all buzz words right now and why is that? Because it’s what our life is craving. In a state of constant noise, clutter, opinions and devices, our minds need something beautiful… PEACE.

We can’t run like a hamster on the wheel cause our life will go absolutely nowhere. Creating simplicity in our life helps us find clarity.

What’s so great about clarity? Because you get what you need and want out of life and with little effort, you begin to create the life you dream of without having to give any of the good stuff up. The good stuff being family, fun, promotions, money, vacation etc. In fact… you will get more of the good stuff not less. Win, Win right? Yes!!

This Simplicity Project is a 5 step process.  Within these 5 steps you will be evaluating your external and internal space.  Prepare to release the clutter which doesn’t serve you so you can receive and radiate on your journey ahead as your best self.

STEP 1 – EVALUATION


This entire program is about creating a more simple lifestyle and that begins with the space around you.   Let’s dive in…. 

This step requires you to spend 5 minutes walking through your home, being still in each space and evaluating the area.  This can be a room in your home or office. A space you enjoy outside or even within a room. 

Here is your evaluation criteria… (I’ve created an example evaluation within the story I tell in Step 2)

  1.  How do you feel in that space?  _____________________________________
  2. On a scale of 1-10, how important is this space to you? (10 being most) ___________
  3. On a scale of 1-10, how often are you in this space? (10 being often) ______________
  4. What priority in life do you give the actions that take place in this space?  __________
  5. How do you want to feel in this space?_________________________
